Services I offer
I welcome people of all ages, identities, and backgrounds who find themselves at pivotal moments in their life; relationship changes, personal growth, and life transitions, offering dignity-driven counselling rooted in connection, intuition, and community.
In a time marked by loneliness, anxiety, addiction, and emotional exhaustion, I help children, youth, adults, and families reconnect with themselves and with one another. For over 15 years, my work has centred on helping people meet their lives with dignity, curiosity, and courage—whether they’re navigating big emotions, facing fears, or longing for a deeper sense of connection.
Life Transitions
Change can be disorienting—new roles, relationship shifts, grief, retirement, or identity changes. Together we’ll slow things down, map what’s changing, and align next steps with your values so decisions feel steadier and more you. Expect a calm, relational pace and practical supports you can use right away—nervous‑system tools, decision frameworks, and small experiments that build confidence.
Men's Issues
This is a judgment‑free space to unpack the pressure to “hold it together” while navigating stress, anger, relationships, fatherhood, work, and purpose. Expect straightforward conversation, privacy, and evidence‑informed tools for regulation, communication, and clarity. We’ll build skills that work in real life—so you feel more grounded and connected.
Play-based Counselling
For children and teens, play is the natural language of healing. Sessions are sensory‑aware using movement, art, sand, story, and imagination to help make sense of big feelings and build regulation, confidence, and connection. Caregivers can expect brief check‑ins and simple at‑home strategies that support consistency and ease at home and school.
Parenting Support
Parenting is hard.
We’ll translate behaviour into underlying needs, strengthen co‑regulation, and co‑create routines, boundaries, and communication that fit your family. Expect practical, compassionate guidance you can apply immediately—scripts for tough moments, repair steps after conflict, and tools tailored to your child’s development.
Counselling Practitioner Support
I offer collaborative consultation and mentorship for counsellors seeking a confidential “ear” outside of formal supervision sessions (I don’t evaluate performance, sign off hours, or sit in authority over your career).
These sessions are a safe, peer‑style space for reflective practice. Expect gentle challenge, resources you can use right away, and care for the person behind the practitioner. Available as a one‑off consult or an ongoing touch-point to reduce isolation and burnout.
